Description : â— The Distribution Electrician Supervisor ( DES ) position oversees personnel performing overhead and underground distribution construction, maintenance, and restoration activities. The ideal candidate will have: experience working as a Distribution Electrician, managing multiple distribution projects, and safely providing oversight during normal day and restoration periods; experience working with or within Work Management systems and Asset Management programs while providing project updates and completion timelines; the ability to present analytical data and communicate project scope and performance-based reporting to Management. This position will require the employee to perform site visits to meet with project coordinators and perform crew audits.
Requirements : â— Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus six (6) years of relevant work experience, two (2) years of which were in a lead or supervisory capacity.
